TSI has developed a project management methodology certified through Montana State University requiring 1,000 hours of experience for certification.

• Project planning consisting of assigning required resources to core teams and defining roles and responsibilities
• A custom statement of work including a service overview, on-site activities, installation coordination, summary of customer responsibilities and customer escalation procedures
• An integrated project plan consisting of a detailed work breakdown structure, milestones, project schedule(s), resource plan, risk management plan, and other documents necessary to manage the responsibilities of the project
• Project implementation consisting of managing and scheduling installation
• Project completion providing a final schedule, cost reports, project critique and documents for customer approval and signature
• Project evaluation
